Sensory Roll BJJ

Groundstone BJJ is proud to offer the area's only Sensory Roll program, thoughtfully designed for children with autism and other sensory processing or developmental needs.

Led by Coach Mary-Kate, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, this program blends her professional experience with her Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey to create a structured, supportive environment where every child can learn at their own pace. Students are introduced to training in the Gi while developing body awareness, communication, coordination, confidence, and social interaction through Jiu-Jitsu.

To provide individualized support, each class is capped at just six students and is led by three dedicated coaches, ensuring every child receives the attention and encouragement they need to thrive.
